The VP of Patient Care Services is accountable for financial, administrative and operational excellence for assigned Patient Care Services operations.
The VP of Patient Care Services is responsible for establishing and fulfilling a vision for nursing and health professionals that engenders service delivery excellence, high operational performance and national standards for nursing practice in patient and ancillary care while ensuring effective and collaborative inter-professional relationships.
The VP of Patient Care Services responsibilities include strategic planning, promotion of safe patient care practices and environments, ensuring evidence-based care delivery, benchmarked quality patient service and outcomes, standard leader work and continuous performance improvement, well-developed change management skills, professional development and research, and regulatory and licensure compliance.
The VP of Patient Care Services participates in strategic level planning and implementation of action plans to accomplish CHKDHS key strategic imperatives and objectives.
The VP of Patient Care Services establishes effective working relationships with CHKDHS leadership, physicians and team members, and exemplifies the mission, vision and values of the organization through interactions with all constituencies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
