Job Description
Sentara Leigh Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for a full time Enterostomal Therapist-Certified position.
Job Summary/Purpose:
To provide acute and rehabilitative care to people with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems. In addition, to serve as a resource for the Sentara Healthcare System through educating in hospital and community programs.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education: Registered nurse with Bachelor degree. Graduate from WOCN (Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing) accredited EnterostomalTherapy Nursing program.
Experience: Twoyears nursing experience required.
Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or a recognied compact state.
Board certification by the Enterostomal Nursing Certification Board or obtain certification within one year of hiring.
